They were recommended by a friend. Everyone here is so nice. Honestly don't understand why everyone says they're rude. I took my car here for an inspection and it failed the first time around. No problem! They let me know what I needed to fix and come back. I brought it back everything went smooth I was in and out fast! I will deff be coming back for all my auto needs! They are simply amazing. Thank you guys!

First time here for inspection today, WOW what an experience, everybody was super nice. Very comfortable waiting area, had an awesome conversation with other customers and the owner's wife. TV and current newspaper as well as a great variety of magazines. Live in the neighborhood across the street, will be back with other cars, makes a dreaded chore a little nicer.

Went to get my car inspected, the owner was very rude to me infront of two other customers; so I took my business elsewhere. I do not want someone to answer me as if I'm bothering them when I'm actually paying. I'm a service member and I'm big on respect and professionalism in and out of uniform. We have to be kind to each other in this day and age and being polite might make someone's day.

Haven't actually had my vehicle worked on here but I did go for an state inspection.Regardless of personal adversity the mechanic was very efficient & the female coworker/receptionist (his wife) was nice also. They have particular times set aside for the service performed and we (car & I) were in and out which was appreciated.If ever I need work done in future,I might consider them. No complaints here.😊

If I could put 0 stars I would!! I would not recommend them to anyone! These people are so RUDE!! They acted as if they are doing you a favor to you and that's not right, I'm paying money for the job! Manners 0/10 I don't know how people can give you reviews with 5 Stars and "excellent service, respectful people, etc". I can't believe it!

Absolutely terrible customer service! The owner/ mechanic of the shop is clearly over worked and very frustrated. I would not be surprised if he cut every corner in the book too get your car out the door. I walked into an empty front office space and waited to see if someone would come to the front. No one came so I googled the number and called the front desk to get service. This man can't to the front and his first words are "are you calling me, why are you calling me when I have cameras". To which I replied with "I didn't see anyone so I called, how do I know if you're monitoring your cameras" then he literally waved his hand and said bye and continued talking as if I know he is looking at his camera. After I told him how rude he was, he proceeded to tell me he has been there all day and he is tired. This is the mechanic that you do not want to risk your car with!

This shop was conveniently located near my work so I gave them a try (had bad experiences with chain shops). I had a feeling my car wasn’t safely driveable so I got in a rental and dropped it off at the shop. Glen did seem a little abrasive at first, but after spending more time talking to him he softened up and I realized he’s not “rude,” he values his time (and yours) so is very much to the point. He is in the shop from 5am till late at night making sure he gets the cars repaired. He explained everything to me so well, charged me a very fair price, gave me a heads up about upcoming repairs and when they will likely need to be done, and he and Ms. Valerie went absolutely out of their way to make sure I could pick up the car as soon as possible to avoid more rental charges (they called me at 9pm to let me know it was done and I could pick it up that evening if I wanted to). If you are looking for a shop that is the picture of perfect customer service but probably going to rip you off, go for a chain shop. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you get back on the road and fair pricing, go to K and G. Personally, I’d rather not have someone serve me coffee and baby me through the process at the expense of my wallet. These folks are amazing and I will be going to them from now on for all my repairs. Thanks for all you guys do!

I recommend the manager educate their employees on road etiquette. It’s also worth noting many cyclists carry video cameras and can send evidence of close passes and harassment to the police.

Mr Glenn just did me and my gf car state inspection today. He only accept cash so have your $20 ready after your pass your inspection. “DO NOT WALK IN HIS SHOP”, park your car by the cones and he will walk out his shop to serve you. Thank you Mr Glenn 💯

Reading the other reviews had me chuckling. Has the owner yelled at me multiple times for parking wrong? Yes. Has he on multiple occasions provided me a no-nonsense inspection quickly, thoroughly, and without any dishonest efforts to charge me for unnecessary repairs? Yes. Not every service oriented experience has to be provided to us at a white glove concierge level.

Love this place! Located close to where I live. ORGANIZED, QUICK and professional business. Get there early when they open. Pulling a spot and wait your turn. The inspector comes out and pulls your car in for inspection. 10-15 minutes later he'll motion for you to come and pay and take your car out of the inspection area. Done.

Customer service horrible! Walked into shop this morning to get my car inspected. Walked in and the establishment was dark. Stood there no one greeted me or anything. So another customer came into the establishment. I guess he knew owner of the shop. I politely waited my turn but the mechanic began to walk into shop leaving me in the office. I politely said excuse me and he replies I know u here I got cameras. I excused myself off the premises and commenced to writing this rating... Rude and Nasty horrible service.

I've been going here for years. Weather for car repairs or inspections. He and his wife are both good people. Wife is super sweet he's a good man if you get to know him. Yes he's straight to the point he doesn't do a lot of talking but when he does... you know he cares about the amount of work he puts into your vehicle. He'll get you in and get you out in an organized manner. I see a lot of people up here talking about he's rude, he just to the point he's not there to be your friend he's there to do the job and get it done and get you on your way If you want friends continue on in your life find your own. He "the mechanic" is not there to be your friend or to fix your childhood trauma. He's a mechanic/business owner that actually is hands on to repair your vehicle not there just to take your money & and try to charge you for unnecessary things. h He does his damn job let the man be.

Got here at 7:47am to get in line for an inspection.. Walked to the main entrance door and it was locked.. Stood outside for 25mins with no greeting so I walked to the shop entrance.. Yes a sign is posted that says do not enter without permission however it’s a way to conduct business.. I stood outside for 25mins just to get in the inspection line and nothing as cars continue to roll in.. The older white man with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth literally yelled at me like a child because I was at the end of the door trying to figure out where a list or whatever may be located.. NEVER have I EVER been handled this way.. None the less I’m scared out of my mind and will never come here again.. BEWARE: you will wait with out contact/communication and you will be handled like a child..!
