They were able to remove the screw, and because the screw didn't puncture the tire I didn't need the patch. They told me there was no cost for that and sent me on my way. Highly recommend this place

★★★★★ I just wanted to thank all the employees at the Tirechoice on Carmichael Way in Chesapeake, VA. I was traveling home from the Outer Banks, NC, to Richmond VA, when my low tire pressure light came on. After stopping at 3 gas stations to try to get the pressure up to speed, and tournado warnings, I decided to see if there was any chance a tire place was open on Memorial Day. i did not have high hopes, but they were open, and very welcoming. I had to wait for the current car to be fixed, so it wasn't a quick turn around, but i totally understand that. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and I left with an inexpensive tire on my car to get me home safely on a holiday weekend. Thanks for your kindness, and for being open on a holiday weekend!
