Came in here for 4 used tires on my Chevy Camaro. After about a month, one of the tires had a leak. I took it back here to get it patched, and after patching the tire still had a leak. When I brought it back to tell them about what happened, the team inspected the tire and ended up fully replacing it for me without charge. Hugely respect the accountability at this shop, the fair pricing, and the hard work. Absolutely would recommend.

These guys saved me. Ended up with a leak and then realized the wheel lock key was missing. The guys at Uno's got the locks off and replaced with regular lugnuts (the way it should be) Very nice people and hardworking

Went there to have rim repaired, was told one price and was also told I would receive a call when it was ready to pick up next day. I ended up calling them and they said they would find out if the rim is ready. After several calls back and forth because they couldn’t remember whether my rim was for a Honda or Nissan, told them it was for Honda, now another call asking what size, another call asking would I like a tire my response was yea the one I had when I brought it there. Was told they couldn’t find tire and would look for it. The last call had me completely aggravated, when he called to say they put another tire on and it was a good one, instead of just saying I couldn’t find your tire, I ended up spending $10 more only because no one wanted to accept accounts for being all over the place. They do good work but I’m a straight shooter and expect for them to be the same.

Use to be my spot but it's got too busy and they aren't exactly the fastest to begin with. The finally cleaned up the inside (a little) which would of been my only complaint before but inflation is everywhere and there latest price increases are too much. One of the main reason I went here was because of the low prices but now they are on par with your franchise shops and others. I'll let u know when I find my new Charlotte dive auto shop that has the good service and low prices

BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE AND DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! Went by to get my brakes looked at and they said for rear brakes and rotors it would cost me $350 which is insane. After getting a second opinion it turns out I didn’t even need replacement rotors so not only did they try to overcharge me but they also lied to get more money. Don’t trust “mechanics” like this.

Spoke with lady on phone she said 80 originally for each tire , got her to come down to 65 each tire then when job is done they told me I had to pay 20 more dollars if not they were going to take the tires off and just give me my money back I should have just done it to make a point but would not recommend this shop scammers !!

Ivan and the other guy up front took care of my car serviced and fixed everything on multiple visits until the car itself gave up. their shop are the only people who can pull it off and make things easier with parts,prices and options. The uno familia is the reason why my car was top performance until it's final mileage death, lol .Thank you. I'll see you guys again soon .

I’ve been coming to the shop for a long time and overall they do a great job this one particular day I stopped by they want to charge me $50 to tell me about a control arm! I normally wouldn’t care, but considering I just bought the vehicle every time they diagnose it I come back with the part so they can put them on. I don’t get why they nickel and dime me. As a regular about some control arms!

They some BS! They will mess your car up and act like they didnt do a thing. If you have a newer vehicle, I would not let them even change a tire ! As soon as I left, my wheel speed sensor light came on and they swear it had nothing to do with the tire...and it absolutely does.
