I recently had my Tesla repaired at Classic Collision in Scottsdale, and I had a fantastic experience. They gave me a really competitive quote, matched the paint perfectly and did so in a timely manner (1-2 day turnaround). Wow, Anthony and his Team did an outstanding job with my car. I really didn't have great expectations for a complete repair due to the type of damage and OMG, the damage repair was if nothing ever happened and looks even better. They must have checked everything and included a detail on it as the car and the engine were super clean...3 weeks later and I still love opening up the hood to see how clean it was as well as the rest of my car as an addition to repairing and fixing the damage. Thanks to all of you...will always and be my only referral for anyone experiencing these issues with their vehicle. I literally was back in my car within 2 weeks of them getting the parts...no holding on to it till they got the parts. They were so professional and informative.

I had an outstanding experience with the team at Classic Collision! From the initial estimate to the final repair, Anthony was incredibly professional, courteous, and kept me well-informed throughout the entire process. The repairs on my Tesla Model Y are flawless—honestly, it looks even better than when it came from the factory. The receptionist was also fantastic! Without me even asking, she took the initiative to call Enterprise and arrange a ride for me. After the accident repairs were completed, Tesla sent my car back to Classic Collision for some minor paint touch-ups due to trunk misalignment. The team handled it perfectly—the touch-ups are completely undetectable. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality and care they put into their work!

In late August 2020 I was involved in a no-fault automobile accident. My insurance company asked me if I had a preferred shop and I chose Ric's. I don't think I had ever used them before, but somehow I knew the name and was familiar with it. Turns out it was a great choice. My first connection at Ric's was with Lisa, their receptionist. I had sent her a detailed email the night before my truck was supposed to arrive on the tow truck. She emailed me back within an hour of opening and let me know they had received the truck already and had received claim details from my insurance company. Off to a great start! A couple of days later, once my truck was ready for a repair estimate, I was assigned to work with Brandon Loring. I was able to meet with Brandon in person and he told me there would be no issues fixing my truck, and that he'd be in regular contact to update me. He followed through! Whenever I reached out Brandon would promptly respond, and he also proactively connected with me to give updates. He was awesome to work with and instilled confidence that my truck was in great hands! Overall the work took between 3-4 weeks, which seemed very reasonable considering the damage. The quality of the repair job was amazing! I have a customized/upgraded truck and really wanted it to be treated well. Ric's is very experienced in dealing with a large assortment of vehicles, including those on the nicer end (Porsche, Corvette, etc.). I don't yet have a long-term idea of how the repair will hold up, but I am confident it will remain in perfect working order. And they offer a lifetime warranty! If you need repair work done to your vehicle, or need to choose a collision repair center for your insurance claim, PICK RIC'S!!! You will not be sorry. Great group of people, and no surprise they have been in business since 1976.

Really great experience. Would definitely use them again! I used to own a car rental agency so have unfortunately had a lot of experience with body shops. Seth, in the Scottsdale office, gave best service ever. Priced the job reasonably, finished a day early and great to work with. Called me every day to keep me updated. I can honestly say that I would never recommend Classic Collison to anyone. There are plenty of other body shops that are more reputable, and are less likely to rip off you or your insurance company. I wouldn't use them again no matter what price they offered. Find someone else.

After being involved in a hit-and-run, Classic Collision really saved me! Seth made the repair process so incredibly easy. From getting the initial estimate to picking the finished car up, I was so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism. I was updated and kept in the loop with everything going on with my car and I was told to reach out should I have any issues. **All of the good reviews are from before they were bought out by classic Collision Corp. Refused to complete our repairs and we are still waiting a week later for our money to be refunded that was already paid to them! Make sure you sort the reviews by lowest first and read all the negative reviews. If you want a body shop that cares about you, the customer, steer clear of this one!

No Support from This Collision Center — Only Pressure to Accept What the Insurance Allowed or they will refuse to do business with you. I brought my vehicle here after hail damage, trusting that the shop would work with my insurance company to ensure all repairs were handled appropriately. But what I experienced instead was a complete lack of advocacy, a missed opportunity to get damage covered — and ultimately, the shop cutting ties with me when I raised concerns. A major crack in my roof glass was photographed by the original adjuster. I flagged that it was missing from the estimate. My insurance company verbally confirmed it would be covered during the supplement process once I brought the car in. But once the car was at the shop, the story changed. The adjuster claimed it wasn’t hail-related, and the shop didn’t push back at all — in fact, they disengaged with me completely. The shop is apparently more interested in keeping their Direct Repair Program status with insurance companies than helping their actual customer — YOU. Once it became clear they might need to challenge the insurance’s decision, they simply severed the relationship with me. That tells you everything you need to know. If you're looking for a body shop that will advocate for YOU, not just the insurance company that refers them business, this is NOT the place. I’m left with a denied claim and an expensive out-of-pocket repair that should have been handled.

The company worked closely with my insurance provider. Everything was explained. The shuttle service between Classic Collision and Enterprise was very helpful. I’ve trusted this shop in the past, and to be fair, the hail dent removal looked great. But what happened afterward changed everything. This repair required removing the windshield and the headliner. Before that, my car had zero electrical or audio issues. Right after picking it up, I started hearing static, and the radio, Bluetooth calls, and navigation voice began cutting out. The problem got worse every day until the entire audio system died within a week. Lexus diagnosed a fried power amplifier — a part that almost never fails on its own. All the wiring for the audio system runs through the headliner they removed, so it’s hard not to connect the dots. What really pushed me over the edge was the way they handled it. They told me to come in, then canceled while I was already driving there. I came back the next day for their technician to look at it, but he didn’t even touch the car. I was just told to “go to Lexus.” And when Lexus confirmed the failure, the shop took zero responsibility. Great bodywork doesn’t make up for a total lack of integrity when something goes wrong. I won’t be returning.
